Within the G-TEK SYLLABUS there are different arts because each art brings out different attributes and G-TEK is an attributes based art.
There are different levels within the syllabus depending on the experience and expertise of the individual practitioner.
As you first come through the door for your beginners course you will be taught basics that include how to stand, basic punches, kicks, knees, elbows, head butt, exercise reverse punch to introduce the double hip, guards and more.
Arts drawn from include Thai Boxing for good body mechanics, western boxing for punches, Choshinkai for double hip delivery system head butts from the Filipino martial arts.
As you progress you will be shown combinations from the different arts first traditionally then more street oriented.
Then you will be shown examples of how to blend the different arts to see what the different arts are refer to styles page
Later on the grappling arts judo, shoot wrestling, Brazilian jujitsu etc. will be taught.
Street grappling will also be shown.
A lot more of the mental side and emotional side of combat will be shown in a 3 dimensional format.
The conditioning drills will also be stepped right up so eventually you can if you train intelligently become a martial athlete and a martial scientist competent in all ranges, have excellent fear management skills and have a high level of technical ability/ fighting ability.
