Shoot Wrestling
Shootwrestling is a mixture of Thai-Boxing, Western Boxing, Greco Roman and Freestyle Wrestling. With Sambo, Judo, Brazilian Jujitsu and Catch Wrestling for the groundwork.
The nice thing about Shootwrestling is that the striking phase is designed to defeat the grappler and the grappling portion is designed to defeat the grappler.
