THAI BOXING – Thai Boxing is incorporated into the system for basic striking tools and power base.
WESTERN BOXING – Western Boxing is used to teach basic footwork, punch combinations stance and guard.
FILIPINO MARTIAL ARTS – Filipino Martial Arts are in the system to teach the flow, hitting on the half beat, low line and high line attacks hitting simultaneously and weaponry.
JUN FAN WING CHUN AND JUN FAN KICK BOXING – Bruce lees curriculum is incorporated to teach how to use kickboxing to close the gap and then the trapping to tie up the hands and head butts, knees and elbows to finish.
SHOOT WRESTLING –Is taught to practice the transitions between stand up striking, clinch work, throws and tackles, groundwork and also grapple prevention drills.
GRAPPLING WITH THE GI – From JUDO and BRAZILIAN JU-JITSU.
SELF PRESERVATION CURRICULUM – Drawn from CHOSHINKAI (DOUBLE HIP) CHU FEN DO (BRILLIANT MENTAL CONCEPTS) and from ten years DOORWORK improvisational skills.
JEET KUNE DO – Underlines the whole system with its concepts and principles and training methods.
